Internal forms for semiannual and intersemester requests for academic staff to take time off to edit UAA institutional journals

These formats, available in the Document Control System (OWL) of the Comprehensive Management System (SGI) at the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes, are established as required attachments to semester and intersemester requests for a reduction in weekly hours for internal academic staff who contribute to the editing of an institutional journal, as established and regulated in documentVI-PC-NO-03 Requirements for the Role of Editor of Academic Journals at the Autonomous University of Aguascalientes, specifically in section"3. WORKING CONDITIONS, SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS, AND TYPES OF EDITORS"These guidelines were developed to standardize the submission of reports and editorial plans for institutional journals, which must be attached to such requests from various editorial teams of periodicals composed of the University’s academic staff.

VI-PC-FO-10 "Planning Activities for Requests to Reduce Weekly Hours for the Publication of Institutional Journals" 

The formal request, submitted via official letter to the General Directorate of Outreach and Engagement, must include the number of hours to be taken off in future or upcoming semesters or between semesters.

VI-PC-FO-11 "Activity Report for Request to Reduce Weekly Hours for Editing Institutional Journals"

Attachment required for requests to drop courses from past semesters or intersemesters, as well as for subsequent requests regarding a previously approved course load reduction.
