The main objective of the study was to evaluate the relationship between the three dimensions of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) (social, environmental and economic) and innovation in microbusinesses, identifying the synergies that allow these companies to adapt to the challenges of the current market. To achieve this, surveys were applied to 360 microenterprises, using a non-experimental correlational design. The data were analyzed through statistical software such as SPSS and AMOS, applying exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis to validate the constructs. The results indicated that the environmental dimension has the greatest influence on innovation, followed by the economic dimension, while the social dimension showed a lower impact. These findings highlight the relevance of environmental practices to drive innovation in microenterprises, suggesting that public policies should focus on promoting them. Furthermore, entrepreneurs must view CSR not only as an ethical responsibility, but as a strategic tool for innovation.
