Based on the information obtained from the National Survey of Urban Employment ENEU and from the National Survey of Occupation and Employment ENOE, functions of wages are estimated by orchestrating Square Widespread Minimums and the bietapico method of Heckman to correct the bias for sample selectivity. The relation between wages and levels of education is very significant. The results indicate that in every period of analysis, the wage percentage differences are different and the decision to take part in the labor market is determined by the reason of gender.
