Abstract

In today’s business environment, highly dynamic and complex organizations need to settle up strategies that help to optimize their processes and decision making to adapt and respond quickly to competitive and technological threats, as well as detect business
opportunities which allow them not only to survive, but to grow and achieve a sustainable organizational to performance. Therefore with a non convenient probabilistic sample of 116 Sme´s in the industrial sector in the state of Queretaro, through a structural
model, this study explores the link between information technology and market orientation resources and capabilities with performance. The results reached show the strong link between information technology and market orientation resources and capabilities, as well as market orientation with organizational performance.
