La influencia de la colaboración con los proveedores en la satisfacción de los clientes de la industria del mueble de España

Resumen

El nuevo milenio se caracteriza por una fuerte globalización de los mercados, alto nivel de competitividad y personalización de los productos y servicios, por lo cual las organizaciones tienen que adecuar constantemente sus estrategias empresariales a las condiciones que demanda el mercado. De entre la diversidad de estrategias que aplican actualmente las empresas, la colaboración con los proveedores aparece en la literatura como una de las más efectivas, que les permite mejorar significativamente la satisfacción de sus clientes. En este trabajo, con una muestra de 322 empresas españolas de la industria del mueble, se analiza la influencia de la colaboración con los proveedores en la satisfacción de los clientes. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que la misma influye tanto en la innovación y el desempeño financiero como en la satisfacción de los clientes.
