Resumen

En el ambiente de negocios actual, altamente dinámico y complejo, las organizaciones requieren estrategias que contribuyan a optimizar sus procesos y agilizar la toma de decisiones para responder no sólo a las amenazas competitivas y tecnológicas,
sino también para detectar áreas de oportunidad que les permitan, además de sobrevivir, crecer y alcanzar un desempeño organizacional sostenido. Por ello, con una muestra no probabilística de conveniencia de 116 PyME del sector industrial
del estado de Querétaro, a través de un modelo estructural, este estudio explora el vínculo existente entre los recursos y capacidades de tecnología de la información (TIC) y de orientación al mercado (OM) con el desempeño organizacional (DO). Los
resultados obtenidos muestran la fuerte relación entre las tecnologías de la información y la orientación al mercado.
