The Institutional Tutoring Program (ITP) of the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes (UAA) was analyzed with the purpose of disseminating not only the precedents but also the main academical risk factors and the tutoring action strategies that the different actors that compose the ITP apply as a prevention. Lastly, some recommendations about opportune attention are given so the teachers can implement them in the classroom.
