The creative process is different for every person, if the student identify how they design, they will be able to recreate the correct decisions and avoid the mistakes in the future. This is one of the motives of why in the Architecture bachelor, the Architectural Design Method is used, proposed by teachers of the Center of Design Sciences and Construction of the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes (UAA) (Andrade et al., 1997). The purpose of this article is to let people know how this method is applied in the subject Architectural Design II of third semester in the Architecture bachelor of the UAA, with which the students systematize and comprehend their own creative process, on a way that the design of their architectural proposals is not simply a trial-and-error exercise.
