Abstract

In August 2021, the Universidad de las Artes received the first semester groups of five of its undergraduate programs with renewed study programs, the result of more than a year's work. From a contextual and statistical investigation of the situation of people who are dedicated to art and culture in Mexico and our entity, we developed a collegiate work of critical reflection that would allow us to establish the objectives and meaning of our practice of education in the arts, to build a curricular proposal for professional training in the arts that is solid, consistent and committed to our reality. This article seeks to carry out an exhibition and reflection of the process of foundation of the revision of the curriculum of the Universidad de las Artes, of the Instituto Cultural de Aguascalientes.
