Abstract

The effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on educational models related to business are reviewed. The establishment of participatory management from a holistic perspective is proposed, which includes the plurality of the main actors. Higher education in the community, values, and attitudes that allow human functionality. Thinking and acting as principles of a profession with collective commitment and a humanistic vision.

Neftalí Parga Montoya, Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes

Doctor en Ciencias Administrativas por la Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes (UAA). Actualmente es profesor-investigador del Departamento de Agronegocios, adscrito al Centro de Ciencias Empresariales de la UAA, y miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores, Nivel I y reconocido con Perfil Deseable PRODEP. Líder del Cuerpo Académico: Competitividad y Cadena de valor; además, se desempeña dentro de la línea de investigación “El contexto institucional en el emprendimiento”. Autor de artículos indexados como: “Assessing the entrepreneurial orientation by opportunity/necessity dichotomy: an institutional perspective” y autor del libro Las reglas del juego: una nueva era de emprendimiento y asociación.
