Being intelligent nowadays is not an option, it is a necessity that arises from the same interiority and intentionality of the human being. Nowadays there is a lot of talk about management skills, which can be defined as those competencies necessary to manage one's own life as well as relationships with others. In view of the impact they have had in different areas, the need to transfer them to the teaching practice arises, since leading is one of the basic functions of the teacher.
