Abstract

This article presents an autoethnographic narrative related to the disappearance of Andrea Nohemí −a young high school student− from the moment it was known until her body was finally found. The recount of that span time will be done making reference to central actors, including her family, different institutions that affected the process −the government, the Catholic Church, and the press− and mobilizations of some social groups.
