Abstract

The role of communication in fashion is extensive and diverse, both depend strongly on each other This specific relation is highlighted due to its relevance and impact. From this premise, a systematic analysis is realized through examples, with a special emphasis on the thematic presence of fashion in american and european films. This leads to a global and particular vision, at the same time, of the communicative perspectiva of cinema in fashion and of the world of fashion in regard to the movie industry, with a reference to advertising as another component.
