Abstract

The proliferation in the city of Aguascalientes of new cultural offers, such as video rental centers, television by calble, the internet and cellular telephony, among others; and on the other hand, the construction of commercial mega-centers have contributed greatly to significant changes in cultural habits and the consumption of free time among the various strata of the population; situation that in turn has occasioned a transformation between the public and the private in the hydrocálidos.
