An “open forum” is conveyed as an idea to one of the ways to link everyday work performed in the classroom to public libraries in our country, which are known as cultural centers. Thus, some academic activities can be conducted in these public spaces open to all in order to have a direct relationship between people and work in the classroom. The open forum to the community is, among others, an activity that can be offered to the public. Other activities are debate table, thematic exhibitions, conferences, and roundtables.
