The Impact of Tutoring through Longitudinal Accompaniment

This article presents a general overview of the development of longitudinal tutoring in Upper Secondary Education Center of the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes (UAA). In this regard, this article emphasizes the importance of the longitudinal tutor’s profile to accompany the student academically, personally, familiarly, and socially. Finally, this article shares the experience of the incorporation of life plan strategy from a proposal of the Undersecretariat of Upper Secondary Education of Ministry of Public Education for the incorporation of longitudinal tutoring sessions in the same campus, which can be useful for tutors that work in upper higher education.
