Exploratory Study on Coping Strategies for Stress Caused by COVID-19 in Students of BENEPJPL

Since the COVID-19 lockdown, academic, psychological, and technological demands have led students to experience various problems. Therefore, this article is the result of research focused on coping strategies for managing the stress generated among students of Preschool and Primary Education degrees at the "Benemérita Escuela Normal Estatal, Profesor Jesús Prado Luna, (BENEPJPL)". Consequently, a study was conducted to identify the strategies BENEPJPL students use to cope with the stress caused by COVID-19, for this reason, the study was inscribed within the quantitative paradigm. Knowledge about the coping strategies used by these normal school students can be considered a predictor of future behaviors; they should be encouraged to use available resources to make their educational journey a positive and successful experience.
