The training paths from reflective practice are a proposal for teacher training and self-training originated at the Universidad Iberoamericana, in response to the challenge in this area faced by undergraduate teachers. It guides the teacher towards self-reflection and reflection together with other teachers, to gain greater certainty and confidence when implementing relevant innovations in their teaching. The proposal is based on the experiential learning methodology and on Donald Schön's reflective practitioner model.
