In order to understand the implications of the work that must be carried out by a teacher in higher education who wants to perform his work in the best possible way, it is necessary to analyze the series of elements of the different dimensions involved in their academic work, which will help to understand the complexity of his task and the responsibilities that this entails.
The teacher's work is inserted in a context in which we can distinguish six dimensions. The first three influence in a general way, as the context that characterizes this teaching task, and the last three interact in a specific way at the moment when the teacher carries out their work in the classroom or in counseling or tutoring activities.
