Attitudes in the Graduate Profile: a Challenge for Educational Institutions

Generally, curricula encompass knowledge, skills, and attitudes as key components of the graduate's profile, effectively serving as the objectives of the entire training process. In the same way, in almost all curriculum it is very clear how knowledge and skills will be achieved, for which courses, seminars, workshops, etc. are structured; however, it is not as clear how students will achieve the intended attitudes. Therefore, the achievement of attitudes is almost always reduced to a wishful thinking or, at best, to the assumption that they are automatically derived from knowledge and skills. The problem is that this is debatable.
