For some time now, the topic of information and communication technologies has been present; the most precise and current information can be at the disposal of any person in the world, often in real time, and reach the most remote locations (Delors, 1997: 37). The educational technological expression has been used with different acceptations, being the one that refers to the incorporation of technical tools with the purpose of improving the didactic process; it is about the integration of the technology applied to education, which fundamentally includes informatic and audiovisual media (Ander-Egg, 1999: 279).
