According to the UK General Medical Council, pioneer in the creation and update of Medicine curriculums, the curriculum of the Medicine majors needs to have as an objective to train doctors that have as their main concern the care of the patients, applying their knowledge and skills in a competent and ethical way, using their skills to be leaders and to analyze uncertain and complex situations (GMC, 2009). In order to achieve this, three global domains of competencies are proposed, to know: the medic as an academic and scientific, the medic as practitioner and the medic as professional.
