Abstract

In the last two decades, a series of changes have radically transformed human life. One example of these transformations is Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), which are defined as the set of technologies that enable the acquisition, production, storage, management, communication, recording, and presentation of information in the form of voice, images, and data contained in acoustic, optical, or electromagnetic signals.
