Abstract

Anaphylaxis is defined as an acute, potentially fatal systemic allergic reaction following exposure to substances like insect venom, medications, and foods. The following article tells us about the importance of recognizing allergic patients, the risk factors such as food allergy, and their predisposition to present anaphylaxis from the perspective of a fairy tale such as the Snow White tale.
