The “T” test, Cooper test, and Ruffier-Dickson evaluate the soccer player's performance; these tests were applied pre and post maneuver. No statistically significant difference was found between the treatments. Ginger tea had a negative impact on participants 'endurance, while green tea had positive results (p = 0.006) on soccer players' speed and agility.
