Abstract

Within the conferences organized in the framework of the centenaries of the Toma de Zacatecas and the Sovereign Revolutionary Convention, the editorial committee of Horizonte Histórico captures the voices of four historians: Dr. Álvaro Matute Aguirre, the Berenice Reyes Reyes Herrera, Dr. Alfredo López Ferreira and the teacher Víctor Carlos Gómez. Each of them was questioned about their decision to study this social science, the dissemination of historical knowledge and about the need to celebrate or commemorate a date, if the moment is essential, or its meaning.
