Abstract

The pandemic caused by the coronavirus and its illness, the COVID-19 has impacted in a great number of human activities on a global scale, the education was particularly impacted when the social distancing was ordered, and because of this, the temporary closing of schools. Students and teachers went from an educative mode based mainly on the face to face to a distribution mode based on the internet, without them necessarily being prepared for it. This article evaluates the impact in the perception of the students that have faced the mandatory social estrangement, modifying their traditional face to face educational mode, to a non-presential online or virtual mode, as well as to evaluate what has been its change in the perspective between both modes. The results show that there was a decrease in the general perception that the students observed as a result of the change from a face-to-face mode to a virtual or online mode, which can be considered as a level of dissatisfaction.
