Abstract

In this document, emphasis is placed on the way in which current societies and particularly Western societies tend to make observations and categorizations of what has been defined as "art", and on the other hand, the way in which extinct societies (and traditional) that produce this "art", as they observed, understood, explained, named, classified and represented what they shared the cosmos with, this action is a basic principle of human beings, mainly of archaeological and traditional societies, and who often forget the contemporary societies of urban centers and particularly the westernized ones.
