Abstract

In the controversial context of the collective action of the working class in the space of the work process in the factory, the document recovers the two most studied computer problems in work processes, worker control and resistance, and added a third problem to understand what happens in the subjectivities of workers when they experience management controls on the factory floor: this computer problem is that of adaptation. These three computer problems were observed in the dimension of the work processes of manufacturing factories, and offer us a focus on the study of collective actions of workers, based on collective subjectivities.
