Abstract

The menopause and climacteric topics, along with the hormonal changes that these signify and the modifications that according to what is presumed, carry in the life of mature women, draw more attention in the medical field as well as in the social environment in general, in which speeches, however, little or null space is granted to women's opinions around that stage of their lives. The objective of this article
is, taking in to account that women are the nucleus of everything that is said about them concerning these questions, to catch what they have to say and present it.
