The social order of gender to debate. Positions in the conflict in the formation of gender mechanisms

Abstract

In this article, an analysis is made of the papers that were presented in the Consultation Forums to discuss the law that gave rise to the Aguascalentense Women's Institute (IAM). Through the review of the arguments for or against the formation of this institution, we will reflect on how the processes of institutionalization of the gender perspective involve not only the debate about normative systems, but also different gender-gender ideologies . Each group enters into this dispute from its own systems of beliefs and visions of the world with which it is self-constructed and, at the same time, defends them. Based on this idea, opinions are issued regarding the place that women should occupy in the world, as well as the rights and obligations that correspond to them.
