Abstract

Eventhough it is a disdainful pretension by many prestigious authors, this article insists on searching for though theoretical basis that resist the changing circunstances of place and time of humans rights. This search starts with the relation between the classical iusnaturalism and personalism, closing with some ideas of E. Lévinas.
