Abstract

Throughout the text are located relations between political authorities and municipalities in the state of Aguascalientes; Thus, in our state during this period, the progressive centralization of power in the figure of the governor and the political chief coexists with the existence of political factions that use the tribune of the city council opposing this process of centralization, taking advantage of that the tradition of autonomy and belligerence enjoyed by the municipal institution.
