In this issue, we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the DOCERE journal by recognizing its main achievements, including its uninterrupted semiannual publication, achieving, to date, a collection of 21 issues. It emerged as a creative strategy for the training and updating of higher and upper secondary education teachers through the publication of articles, essays, reviews, and interviews, among others, with the purpose of disseminating experiences, knowledge, and innovations in the encouragement of improving the teaching practice. In this context, the new issue presented is dedicated to "Creativity in Teaching Practice," which inspired the creation of the nine texts available for consultation.
