Trajectory of David Alfaro Siqueiros

Abstract

Siqueiros, considered an art theorist who is always in search of new techniques and new forms, is one of the most important figures of Mexican art of the 20th century. It is therefore necessary to highlight some aspects of his existence and, above all, of his work, which continues to be valid today. Thus, the purpose of this essay is to make known the life and artistic production of David Alfaro Siqueiros, who was a great muralist in the century that preceded us. This undertaking is carried out with five sections and an appendix dedicated to the painter, within which the reader can discover a cultural figure as interesting as he is controversial on a national level.
