Abstract

In this paper the author makes critical considerations about Jorge Gracia’s account of Hispanic identity, and proposes, from the Wittgensteinian notion of «family resemblance», a familiar and contextualist framework of ethnic identity from three key notions: historicity, agency and normativity.
