In the present work I propose, first, to review the main aspects of Ortega’s idea from twentieth century mass society, in which in his opinion prevails vulgar men who occupy the highest levels of government and vulgarize society. In second place, rethink the interpretation that Ortega y Gasset makes from Argentina during his second voyage to this country, considering the demand that he makes to the Argentineans in order for them to achieve an authentic type of life as the only possible mode of growing as a nation.Downloads
