In this essay the differences between an objective time and a subjective time are exposed, both real but dependent on different sensations, while the objective time is measured through the clocks, the subjective time depends on the activity of the subject. This distinction is linked to time at work. Time at work is objective because it is external to the individual, it depends completely on others, so that even free time continues to depend on a time determined by the employer. The human being is captive of alien time due to work mechanisms, which prevents him from accessing a contemplative life.Downloads
