In this paper I argue that the promotion of an argumentative culture is the best way to achieve a culture of peace. To do this, argumentation is the least violent way to resolve conflicts of beliefs; we should take into account the logical structure of the arguments, the context in which they are uttered, and some argumentative virtues of the agent.Downloads
