In this article I argue that a just lottery is a fairness assignation mechanism in the case of assignation of vaccines for emergency cases, in contrast to the proposal of a charged lottery. The idea is that a just lottery fulfil the criterion under which it is called, besides it is a way to avoid the indeterminacy that results from our incapacity to deliberate. In conclusion, only a just lottery is a lottery in strict sense, according to the description of a randomness mechanism.Downloads
