Brief introduction to baroque conceptism

Through a literary and historiographical perspective, this work presents in detail the concept of baroque conceptism through the poetry of Góngora, Quevedo and Gracián. The author concentrates particularly on the latter, giving way to an explanation by way of a sketch of what was considered to be conceptualism within the Baroque period, while at the same time exposing the current that was also popular in poetic creation, culteranism. Finally, what the study seeks is to dialogue through poetry the key concepts that emerged in this period, without leaving aside the historical and cultural aspects that influenced them.
