Abstract

On this article it´s shown how it was to proceed a divorce in Aguascalientes between 1900 and 1917, from the contest of five different cases of divorce. The first case is unusual due it´s actors from rich class, the second one would be classified as common, the third as not usual, because of the breaking of the traditional roles, the fourth case shows which weren't established by law but which could be demanded, besides it allowed to observe the continuity of the religious traditions. And the last judgment is a little common, but meaningful because of the presence that took place in the years of study.
