Abstract

This paper presents a theoretical approach to time from a historical point of view, based on the aesthetic and scientific treatises that revolve around the search for the meaning of time. The study analyzes the different cultural conceptions that man has had about time throughout time, its contradictions and the debates that have arisen over the centuries. The author, for his part, leaves open the discussion with respect to the present study, without leaving aside the importance of contributing new studies with respect to the sense of time through historiography.
