Ricardo Gómez Robelo, Literature, 20th CenturyAbstract
Ricardo Gómez Robelo was an unknown writer from the beginning of the 20th century, with a little-known production, but with remarkable friends that anyone would remember just by hearing their names. His literary legacy has been published, although scarcely, thanks to those characters of the letters that surrounded him in life and described him in many occasions, to such a degree that one can look for the figure of Gómez Robelo in the respective memories of intellectuals such as Alonso Reyes, José Vasconcelos or Jaime Torres Bodet. His passion was Tina Modotti, with whom he fell madly in love, being a source of inspiration for some of his writings in spite of being also the cause of the misfortune before his sudden death.
