The obtaining and increase of goods within the framework of the Porfiriato, as well as the fact that the priests offered support to Huerta with the use of temples as weapons cellars or the same clerics as combat leaders, engendered anti-clericalism in the revolutionaries, who When noticing these links, together with the Catholic party's support to a government suggested as usurper, they strengthened and created some anti-clericalism moves, internalizing the population to establish themselves also in the popular sphere.
