This article describes educational projects of a political nature that reflected a patriarchal education, but which gradually underwent a transformation in which women began to take part. It mentions the history of the Normal de Aguascalientes and its context, which is of great importance, especially during the Mexican Revolution, when women reproduced cultural educational models that aimed to strengthen an androcentric, patriarchal discourse and the subordination of women.
The educational reforms of 1920-1940 sought to bring education to the entire population and to link the new school to the government's social and economic reforms.
