Introduction: Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is the most common compressive neuropathy of the upper limb, mainly affecting middle-aged women and associated with occupational, metabolic, and hormonal factors. Objective: To describe three clinical cases of CTS in women with varying backgrounds and positive outcomes after surgical release. Methods: Clinical and electrodiagnostic evaluation was performed. All three patients underwent ambulatory surgical decompression of the transverse carpal ligament. Results: All patients achieved complete functional recovery between 2 and 9 months postoperatively without complications. Conclusion: Surgical release remains an effective and safe treatment for moderate to severe CTS, allowing full functional restoration.
