This article attempts to clarify the problem of the relation between propositions logically necessary and necessary de re. The thesis proposed is that all logically necessary propositions are necessary de re and vice versa. This paper seeks to provide the arguments to defend that position and analyze some of the objections against it. In principle it is necessary to discuss the necessities de re and its counterpart, necessities de dicto, as both are candidates for logical necessity, and declare that necessities de dicto seems to be a subset of the necessities de re. This statement presents the difficulty of responding to counterarguments that appeal to the incompatibility between systems of logic and different senses of necessity. These arguments are answered with the introduction of the concept of logical constants.Downloads
