The author argues that Nietzsche understands social dynamics as a struggle between wills to power. But this does not mean that the law that governs is the strongest in a broad sense, but goes beyond the power of force. Every vital manifestation, to the extent that life itself is will to power, is a struggle, and the truces and social contracts are but moments in the struggle, the distribution of powers, made up of units of power. In this sense, the contract theory is partial to Nietzsche, because it covers all the nuances of power, and naive as it is only the balance between the happiness of individuals and justice, understood as making it possible to coexistence in a society.Downloads
