Abstract

The Yemen Civil War it’s a civil conflict that started at the end of 2014. It has been on the titles of many news until today. It started as a disagreement between the central government and the minority Houthis, and it escalated into a proxy war due to the intervention of Saudi Arabia and his coalition in favor of the central government in 2015. This intervention that has continued over the years, not only caused death and imbalance in Yemen, but a violation of the human rights of the Yemeni people because of the different actions of the Saudis, like a naval blockade and the indiscriminately bombings. But the blame is not only attributed to Saudi Arabia, but also to the United States, who has intervened indirectly in the conflict facilitating the arms’ sale to the coalition as a result of the economic and strategic alliance between both nations, causing a violation to some human rights established in the Universal Declaration of the Human Rights, which was the answer given to the raised question. Not only it answered the research question, but also it was found the different perspectives and realities, that link the interventionism and the human rights violation in a cause-effect way that comprehends the analysis of the inquiry.
